Eric is a veterinary technician at both Companion Pet Care and Indian Creek Pet Hospital. He has a BS in biology from Emory University and is pursuing his associate’s in veterinary technology from St. Petersburg College so that he can become a certified technician. He held a six-week internship at C.R.O.W. (The Clinic for Rehabilitation of Wildlife) on Sanibel and shadowed doctors at both ICPH and Coral vet clinic while still in college. Eric chose to work in the veterinary field because he finds it fulfilling to see how happy a healthy pet can make its owner. He also takes pride in making sure every process that goes into making your pet healthy goes as smoothly as possible with as little stress as possible for your pet. When Eric isn’t working he enjoys walking in the local parks, playing Pokemon GO, and watching anime curled up with his dog Emi.

Since being hired, her love for animal medicine has grown. She plans on pursuing surgical technology. At home, Aleese has two dogs, a pot-belly pig, and a parrot. Outside of work, she loves spending time watching the sunrise, taking her dogs to the beach, and spending quality time with friends.
Amanda has been in the veterinary field for 17 years. Her veterinary career started back in 2007 where she started her first job at a no-kill animal shelter. Amanda was born & raised in northeastern Pennsylvania on a running dairy farm where her love for animals began. She grew up working alongside goats, horses, cows, small pocket pets, birds & of course cats & dogs! She always knew animals were her passion! Amanda attended San Diego University and graduated with her Bachelor’s in Wildlife Biology. Aside from helping save animals, Amanda enjoys anything that involves the outdoors, reading, going to the beach, hiking, traveling, and of course spending time with friends, family and her own small farm that consists of a not-so-mini pig named Jelly Bean, a 3 legged rat terrier named Cache, a chorkie named Hazelnut & a cat named Oliver (all rescues, of course!).
Vanessa is originally from Cape Coral, Florida, but moved to Michigan in 2017. After receiving her CVA, she moved back to Florida when she started with Indian Creek Pet Hospital. Her love for animals started when she was young, and she would bring home sick pets to take care of them and give them the love they deserve. Vanessa has a large furry (and scaly) family that includes three dogs Gator, Jedi and Rey, two bearded dragons, Fergi and Helios, a cat, Kratos, a hamster, Hamilton, and a pond full of Koi fish! In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach with her daughter and spending time with her friends and family.
