Appointment Policy

Please call us or use the email appointment form on our website to schedule your pet’s appointment. For new clients, please note we need your pet’s prior medical records at least 24 hours prior to their appointment. We offer drop-off appointments too!

Appointment Cancellation

If you need to change or cancel your pet’s appointment, please call us at (239) 219-6942. We would appreciate a 24-hour notice to adjust our schedules accordingly.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your pet’s protection and the protection of other pets, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.

Payment Options

We require full payment at the time we render service to your pets. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, cherry, and CareCredit.

Help clients give their pets the best care possible and make critical treatments accessible. With Cherry Payment Plans, clients can pay over time with approvals up to $35,000.
